Best Places for Breakfast

  1. The Runcible Spoon - Best for a laid back breakfast; you can take your meal while sitting in high-backed, armed chairs. The Runcible spoon has an extensive menu, and their prices are pretty reasonable.
  2. Ladymans Cafe - Best for a cheap breakfast; prices are incredibly low. . . you can eat a full meal plus coffee for something like $6. Their pancakes are especially delicious!
  3. The Village Deli - Best for chocolate chip pancakes and watching groggy students reflect on the poor decisions they made the night before (or sit across from them).
Free Wifi in Bloomington

  • Soma Coffeeshop - located on the intersection of Kirkwood and Lincoln
  • QDoba Mexican Grill - Right across the street from the law school, on Indiana Avenue.
  • Bloomington Bagel Company - offers free wifi at both of it's locations. One is right near campus off Kirkwood on Dunn Street. The other is closer to downtown, on North Morton Street.
  • Monroe County Public Library - off Kirkwood between Grant St. and Lincoln St. - believe me, you'll see it.
  • BW3's - located on 2nd street, on the way to Walmart if you're coming from campus
  • Copper Cup Coffeeshop - In the same complex as BW3's.
  • Panera Bread - located near the intersection of 3rd Street and College Park Mall.

As you can tell, this list is far from complete. If you know of any free wifi hotspots in Bloomington that aren't on the list, please feel free to add a comment with the name and location of the hotspot. We'll add your information to the list as soon as we can.
